I specialise in organisational consultancy, leadership coaching, executive coaching, and talent development to help individuals and businesses thrive. A core part of how I help work through challenges is via group or individual coaching. I help uncover new perspectives, strengths and achievements, understand personalities, and help build resilience and confidence to harness energy for unparalleled success. This can be done outside of a wider development programme, or embedded into one.

My career coaching approach helps you navigate transitions, focus on career planning, and build the clarity and confidence needed to move forward. Together, we will align your decisions with your personal values, strengths, and aspirations—so that the road ahead feels both purposeful and right for you. 

Insight-Led and Evidence-Based Coaching

As an organisational and coaching psychologist, I take into consideration values, skills, motivations, interest areas, strengths, accomplishments and goals to move individuals forward towards the changes they want to make. I work with individuals navigating uncertainty, managing stress, or adapting to new environments—including within an expat setting. 


I employ a wide range of evidence-based coaching and psychological tools and techniques from positive psychology, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and systems and relationship coaching. 


For further insight, I offer psychometric and personality assessments to help strengthen awareness around personal preferences, motivations and talents—empowering individuals to make impactful, confident decisions.


Each session is tailored to your needs, with techniques selected to bring about the most sustainable, long-lasting success. Whether it's executive coaching or career coaching, the focus is on empowering individuals, building confidence, and supporting resilience.
