I am a doctorate-level trained Chartered Occupational and Coaching Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK. I hold a PCC certificate with the International Coaching Federation and I am a member of the British Psychological Society, ICF and CIPD, the professional HR body. I am Norwegian, have lived 18 years in London and now live in Barcelona, Spain.
My professional background is from the UK Ministry of Defence, the UK National School of Government, and management consulting, where I specialise in HR and talent capability solutions. People and leadership development has been a red line throughout my career path. My work life to date has thus centred on learning and development and management improvements, as well as in helping parents improve their relationship with their children.
As a professional corporate coach I specialise in leadership and career coaching. As a parent programme facilitator I use group coaching to foster insight and support sharing of parental ups and downs. I work with tools such as habit-building, mindfulness, ACT, breathing, and Appreciative Inquiry to support client progress and clarity. I continue to upskill and challenge myself daily.
