No matter where you are in your life or career, gaining clarity around your ambitious, where you want to be in 10 years time, or what skills you want to gain will help you get where you want to go faster. And gaining clarity is one of the biggest benefits of working with a coach.
Whether you have had a few years in the job market and now desire to do something else, have been missing regular income for a while and want to return to work, or want to leave your work and start something new, speaking to someone objective that help you see the trees for the wood is often of great benefit.
As your coach I will work with you to set clear and realistic goals, consider options, look at your skills and resources to help you get there and what motivations and values are important to you to help you align your career to these. You may wish to better understand your strengths, personal drives and use of positive energy which would be used to increase your self-awareness and understanding of what makes you tick.
I work with tools such as habit-building, mindfulness, ACT, breathing, and Appreciative Inquiry to support your progress and clarity.
I support leaders to maximise their impact and effectiveness at work. My clients are often high achievers but who sense they could increase their influence further by building resilience and increasing the commitment of their teams.
My coaching style is supportive, pragmatic and goal oriented. I focus on helping my clients simplify complex situations and help identify the best routes for client’s own development, reviewing situations from multiple perspectives to enable my clients in building high performance teams, to resolve challenges and create value. This help to uncover the critical essence of a client’s situation and work with them to bring new insight to their thinking.
As my client I will support you to achieve your objectives by creating the right conditions to explore your capabilities, energy levels and to reframe your thinking and perceived limitations. I will challenge you to think outside your comfort zone and will help you hold yourself to account for the goals you set for yourself.
In a one-to-one space you can explore challenges and mature ideas. Sessions typically last 30, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on your preferences and availability. You can have as many sessions as you like. We would always do a exploratory session beforehand and to discuss your aims, expectations and to see whether you would like to go ahead with the coaching.
The coaching packages can be individualised depending on your needs and time available but typically involve 6 -12 sessions with one or two behavioural assessments conducted at the start to help shape the sessions and your continued development journey. If you already on a development programme the coaching package can be tailored to fit with your existing development goals and activities.
As with the individual sessions, we would do an initial exploratory session to discuss your goals and needs from coaching.
